Organizational citizenship behavior and job satisfaction are two interdependent factors that determine the effectiveness of an organization's work. Organizational behavior refers to the attitudes and behaviors of individuals in groups or organizations, while job satisfaction is defined as a conglomerate of feelings and beliefs that employees manifest over their profession. This study analyzes the dimensions of these two factors which, by their very nature, constitute a generator of organizational performance. |
