As early as the year 86, the book «Kaizen: The Key to Japan’s Competitive Success» was published, an exceptional book written by the creator of Kaizen’s thinking, the Japanese expert Masaaki Imai. At the beginning of this book, there was already an interest in knowing what promoted the author, namely the Kaizen priorities, and establishing this concept as a major importance for the development of a management based on continuous knowledge and improvement. Kaizen is a daily activity, and its goal is to go beyond simply improving productivity. |
