Individuals in society face various problems that affect them both directly and indirectly. An individual can spend much of his time trying to provide food and welfare for himself and for his family, or may be concerned about his personal strength and support. He can sustain the consequences of a war during his lifetime or benefit from the advantages of general economic prosperity. Throughout his history, man has always felt the need for stability, and has been concerned with property, food and his own life, because he cannot live without the feeling of security of action and stability. Therefore, to this reality, the only concepts that can meet these needs (safety and stability) are the concepts of economic security and stability, given that these two notions are closely interrelated. We cannot develop the economy without stability and security from the point of view of the armed power, and we cannot achieve the development of the armed forces and the national security without having a strong economy.
