This analysis has a greater success, if considered from the initial stages of decision-making, development planning and policies / programs / projects. Gender impact analysis can however be introduced later development phase or any time of carrying out policies / programs / projects. Where appropriate, gender impact assessment can even generate some major policy shift underway.</em></p></description>
