Rezumat | ||||||
For a country or society, sustainable development means an economic activity that can withstand while respecting both the individual and the environment. In this sense, the concept of sustainable development highlights the existence of two major components namely the economy and the environment, both under the imprint of human activity. Tourist activity, especially requires a deep analysis of these elements, enabling development of mechanisms, criteria, tools and models that can be considered in a vision of economic and ecological development of society, without neglecting the importance of human capital and cultural diversity. Currently innovations, with their strong potential for transformation, entered into all spheres of our society: science, education, production, gave birth to special techniques and technological systems, which obliges the company to actively reassess well known phenomena and refine. In this sense, the purpose of research aims to establish the role and innovative component of human capital in rural and identification of training needs of managers on an eco-sustainable innovative economic vision. The results indicate that there is currently no education managers, rural tourism, business development based on innovation, ensuring sustainable development. |
