The thermal acceptance tests results of steam turbines K-200-130 LMZ after their reconstructions are presented in this paper. One of these turbines is a part of the unit № 5 of Kurakhovo power plant and the other turbine is a part of the unit № 5 of Burshtyn power plant. The reconstruction was in substitution of a low-pressure cylinder, which has larger exhaust area due to eliminating the last pressure stage, so called “Bauman stage”. The efficiency of this low-pressure cylinder is 87.5%, which was proved by the thermal acceptance tests. Also, specific heat rate was decreased due to the reconstruction of the turbine and it is lower for 1.3% than the data of typical power characteristics of the turbine K-200-130 LMZ. Thus the experience of steam turbine K-200-130 LMZ reconstructions at Ukrainian power plants can be use to increase the work efficiency of Moldova power plant, which includes ten units with turbines of this type. |
