This article relates about the fact that we live in an increasingly interdependent world that is more complex and more dangerous from the point of view of the contemporary challenges in which the international strategic security environment is in the constant change, due to the complexity, interaction and interdependence of the social phenomena and economic, political, military and demographic, and ecological processes from the world in which the states are interested in their safety, which in fact is the basic condition of peace and welfare of the existence of the nation and the state, which encompasses the values, interests and national needs. |
