As stated, the innovative model in present article deals with victims of terrorist acts and emergency from physical and mental aspects and from property and insurance aspects in general, and suggests that anything related to victims of terrorist acts will be handled through the Court of Labor and Social Security in Israel, which anyway handles matters of state health insurance the rights of victims of terrorism. Terrorism criminals’ judging obligates the ensuring due process rights, including people suspected of terrorist acts, as an essential step to ensure effective anti-terrorism measures, to respect the rule of law. On the other hand, human rights are not a platform for national annihilation; they cannot justify harming national security in any case and in any circumstances. |
