Rezumat | ||||||
The right to live in a healthy environment to include natural dairy collective rights as a private individual and
collective. As an individual right, this right belongs to each person, but as a collective right to refer to all individuals.
This right is provided for in Article 39 of the 3rd chapter of the Constitution Azerbaijani Republic, fundamental rights
and freedoms of man and citizen. 1) Everyone has the right to live in a healthy environment. 2) Everyone has the right to gather information in the present state of the environment, and also has a right to damages caused to his health or property of environmental law. The right to live in a healthy environment is one of the fundamental human rights. The right to live in a healthy environment in the first, it was widely discussed at the UN Conference on Environment held in Stockholm in 1972. At
the preparatory stage of the conference working group members developed a draft State «On the Environment». This declaration was prompted to enter the following situation including the right to life of a human right to live in a safe and healthy environment». |
