| Rezumat | ||||||
The author analyses the law court jurisdiction in administrative cases in this article. It is also described the essence of material and territorial jurisdiction competence, as well as how to resolve the conflict of jurisdiction. As well it is analysed the problem of mismatch between court jurisdiction of the courts in administrative jurisdiction established by the law on administrative jurisdiction and the Code of civil procedure. |
