The relations of maerket economy reguire the using of human potential with a systematic rationing resulting from biological, tehnological, social and psihological particularities.
Simultaneously with the tehnic and tehnological channges which are prezent in food industry and in its tangible sectors, the changes are present and in the human potential.
As the diminishing of staff number of employers throuyh the reducing the production volume and capacity, it is observed that employers are activily at the taking new decisions,they are more flexible at the happened changes. They posess a lot of information which reprezents the objectives,the contains and the rezult of factory`s strategies.
