Rezumat

A fost studiat efectul unor substanţe ce produc deteriorarea structurii şi funcţiei membranei celulare (nistatina, alcoolul polivinilic, metanolul, etanolul), agenţilor tensioactivi (Tween – 20, Tween – 80, Triton 305) şi 2-4 dinitrofenolului asupra activităţii catalazei şi randamentului biomasei micromicetei Penicillium funiculosum CNMN FD 11. S-a constatat că suplimentarea mediului nutritiv cu etanol în concentraţie de 600 mM, Triton 305, Tween 20, Tween 80 în concentraţie de 1-5 mM sporeşte activitatea catalazei de 1,4 – 1,5 ori.

The action of the substances that affect the membrane structure and function (nistatin, polyvinyl alcohol, methanol, ethanol), surface active substances (Tween-20, Tween-80, Triton 305), and 2-4 dinitrophenol on the catalase synthesis by the Penicillium funiculosum CNMN FD 11 fungus has been studied. Ethanol at a concentration of 600 mM and surface active substances at a concentration of 1 to 5 mM have been found to enhance the catalase synthesis level by 1.4-1.5 times.
