Higher education in the Republic of Moldova faces a number of issues, including highlighting the motivations and obstacles, as part of quality management. Motivation is personal and can meet all their needs. Categories of motivation are intrinsic reasons, intrinsic motivation, extrinsic motivation, motivation, cognitive and emotional motivation. Moreover, it highlights the issue of harmonization of standards, procedures and academic practices with those in the EU. No less important is the question of obstacles. Within them is highlighted: the lack of strategy development and modernization of higher education in the medium and long term, need to consider package of laws with European partners, creating a regulatory and institutional framework, implementation of the National Qualifications Framework, providing knowledge and skills quality management training to people involved in quality assurance in education. |
