The article examines the phenomenon of power in general and especially in Moldova. Depending on its source is notable: legitimate power, reward power, coercive power, reference power, the power of expertise. It examines the political power in Moldova, as it is responsible for all ef-fects that occur in society, but felt by each individual. With political power ac-ross companies make decisions that concern the order, functionality and social security.
