Permanent changes taking place in society require the promotion and development of the axiology of education by achieving technological transfer from the field of research and application in the process of initial and continuous professional formation of teaching staff. From this perspective, it becomes current and necessary to identify the interferences between the axiology of education and the Theory of Integralisation of Value Orientations, being an innovative and relevant direction in the professional formation of teaching staff. This theory does not stop at the theoretical level but penetrates into practice by providing concrete tools to evaluate, form, and integrate values in teaching-learning-evaluation methods and interaction with subjects. It is the catalyst that transforms values from the conceptual level into reality, providing teachers with practical ways to convey and encourage these values among learners. Determining the interferences between the axiology of education and the Theory of Integralisation of Value Orientations constitutes the crucial ability to transform education into a holistic experience |
