Rezumat

Methodical activity is one of the main ways to improve the professional skills and competencies of teachers. The methodical activity is a link, an important component of the educational system of lifelong learning of teachers, which aims to create conditions for increasing the professionalism of teachers to work in conditions of continuous change. The methodical activity within the early education institution is a complex and creative process in which teachers are trained on the application in practice of different methods and techniques of working with children, but at the same time depends on several factors: the composition and professionalism of teachers, by the conditions that ensure the accomplishment of the methodical activity, by the personality of the methodist. The choice of working methods of the methodical activity depends on age, duration of work, individual characteristics, teachers' interests. The methodical activity includes a series of sequential stages - theoretical, methodical, practical and abalitical, but its effectiveness is targeted by the final result, but not by the number and diversity of activities carried out.
