| Rezumat | ||||||
The article examines the genesis of medical errors as a result of the interaction of elements within the medical system. During the research, materials from a variety of sources were analyzed. It was found that errors often arise due to a combination of human, systemic, and organizational factors, with a particular emphasis on human aspects. Understanding this dynamic is critically important for developing strategies to prevent errors and enhance patient safety. |
