Inventory control consists of activities that keep the items stored at the desired levels. In production, the focus is on a physical product, inventory control is focused on materials control. Thus, it is an important basis for the logistics activity of each company. Stocks are quantities of material resources that accumulate in warehouses and stores of economic units, in a certain volume and a certain structure, over a certain period of time, for a certain purpose. |
