Rezumat

Over the past few years, there has been an intensive growth in Internet commerce, as well as the introduction of information technology in all areas of human activity. More and more companies are trying to bring their business online. To accomplish these tasks, traditional marketing, phone calls and face-to-face meetings are no longer enough. Each company is required to develop tools that can be implemented in the Internet environment. The push that forced companies to go online gave rise to a new direction in marketing – email marketing.
