Rezumat

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between psychological and socio-demographic factors and aggressive driving behavior. The study hypothesizes that there are significant differences in aggressive driving behavior among drivers based on socio-demographic factors and personality traits, and that anger is a significant predictor of aggressive driving behavior. The study will utilize a mixed methods research design to collect data from a diverse sample of participants through a structured questionnaire. The results will contribute to the existing literature on aggressive driving behavior and provide valuable information for the development of effective interventions. The study found that personality traits, particularly low levels of conscientiousness and agreeableness, as well as emotional instability, were indirectly related to aggressive driving behavior. It highlights the necessity of addressing the emotional and cognitive factors that contribute to aggressive driving behavior, rather than focusing solely on socio-demographic factors.
