Rezumat

Porous membranes of GaP with thickness up to tens of micrometers and 30% porosity were produced by anodic etching of (100)-oriented bulk n-GaP single crystals with the donor density 5×1017 cm-3. The anodization was carried out in H2SO4-based electrolyte. According to images taken with a SEM, the porous membranes show a three-dimensional network structure with the dimensions of the pores and skeleton walls varying within 100 to 200 nm. Polarized second harmonic generation (SHG) were carried out in transmission mode.
