The importance of using fruits as a food product is shown, a brief analysis of production for 2010-2021 is given, and the potential level of plantation productivity is substantiated. On this basis, real reserves of productivity growth were identified both in the whole region and in the context of districts. The results of the calculations are clearly presented in the graphs. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the prospects for increasing fruit production in the ATU Gagauzia for the coming years due to an increase in the yield of plantations and to show the simplicity and accessibility of the methodology for calculating the growth efficiency. It is emphasized that the presented methodology can be used both for educational purposes and by practitioners.
