Rezumat | ||||||
According to previous studies, for certain data tables in the Automated Information System "State Register of Road Accidents" (AIS SRRA), was found the correspondence, partial or total, of the sets of variables and/or values, with those contained in the tables of the European Union's CADaS standardized data set. In the case of these correspondences it is possible to develop algorithms, based on mathematical logic, for organizing the export of AIS SRRA - CADaS data (structured problems). In other cases, the classification of data sets in AIS SRRA tables does not find a clear correspondence with similar data sets in CADaS, the development of such algorithms for organizing data export being unfeasible (unstructured problems). In this context, the usefulness of applying a Decision Support System (SSD) for the adaptation and export of data from the national AIS SRRA in the European Union's CADaS format was found. This paper presents the concept of such an SSD, which includes the objectives of the System, the requirements for the components of the System, as well as the general structure of the databases - source and databases - destination. As a result of the study, the functional model of an SSD was presented, intended for the export of data from the Automated Information System "State Register of Road Accidents" in the European Union's CADaS format. The practical purpose of the built concept and functional model is to develop intelligent SSDs for computational support of decision-making processes in the fields of standardization and export of data from / in different formats (defined differently). The effectiveness of SSD application increases significantly, if its architecture is based on expertise and the use of an artificial neural network for the analysis of data from several previous cases. |
