The article examines the approaches to determining the thresholds for the size of narcotic drugs under the current criminal legislation of Ukraine. It is stated that the use of defined daily dose (DDD) for this purpose is incorrect. The author provides arguments in support of this position. It is proposed to change these approaches in accordance with the best international practices and recommendations. |
