Rezumat | ||||||
The article suggests the analysis of different authors’ approaches to the periodization of identity age-related characteristics. The features of middle-aged people training are observed. Special features of education within the system of additional training are marked off. The author gives the samples of psychological sets with which students of the professional development programs start the training. |
