Performance appraisal is one of the most important processes in human resource management as it directly influences the company's financial share. Performance evaluation is performed in order to identify the factors that prevent the increase of performance and to take measures to stimulate performance. These represent a whole process, involving different traditional and modern methods of evaluation. For a good performance it is necessary the detailed analysis of the processes, the procedures of the entity as well as of its management. |
