For the first time, the subject of interception and registration of persons without procedural status has been studied in the light of different legal systems, as well as the judicial practice of the European Court of Human Rights. It was substantiated that the national legislation requires the establishment of efficient guarantees regarding the interception of the category of “other persons” that fall under the norm of art. 132 8 parag. (3) Code of criminal procedure. |
