The author’s of this articles opinion is clear - the correlation between factors and the Guide Quality Management implementation success yielded from three factors. Firstly, involvement of employees, secondly, motives for implementations, thirdly, impact of the deadlines or time tables, and last but not least, the impact of the quality manager consultant.
