The author tries to investigate the problems of education and upbringing, their role in the system of culture from ancient times to our days on the basis of the principle of historicism. These problems became particularly acute at the crossroads of epochs, at the end of XX – beginning of XXI century, after the collapse of the Soviet Union. There is a problem creating national programmes of education, training and development of national culture on the of the principle of historicism, to consider problems of education, their role in system of cultures from ancient times modernity |
