The short analysis of the relationship between the main riverbed forming factor (water content of rivers) and valley width of the small rivers of Moldova is carried out. On the basis of empirical data are obtained quantitative dependences between the width of the bottom of valleys and rivers, as well as their relationships and the parameters of the water content. These coupling equations have predominantly linear character and reflect the regularity of development of the erosional landforms in the valleys and river beds. |
