In 1903, Constantin Stere as a university professor at the administrative and constitutional law department of the Law Faculty of the Iasi University, the whole day was working at his “Introduction in the study of constitutional law. Part I”, “Dacia” P. Iliescu & D. Grosu typography. According to the title, the publication was meant as an introduction to a law domain very complicated for students as a material to study. The present article analyzes the impact and the contributions of Constantin Stere’s work. |
