The article provides an analysis of conflicts arising in the teaching staff, including in the situation of the COVID pandemic. A survey was conducted in the form of a questionnaire in one of the secondary schools of the Smolensk region, during which the level of relationships in the teaching staff was established. The most frequent common causes of conflicts have been identified, as well as the features of conflict situations in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection. A general analysis of conflict during the pandemic in the pedagogical environment is given. The study revealed that many teachers consider COVID to be a serious problem that causes additional tension and conflicts. |
