In this study we propose a detailed analysis of the structure of juvenile delinquency has its peculiarities. At present, under the influence of the social crisis, the distinct material differentiation, the contradictions between the increased demands and the possibility of satisfying their juvenile delinquency are characterized by the increase of the weight of the material crimes and at the same time by acts of violence more frequently committed in the group. Minor groups commit robberies, theft, acts of hooliganism. Contemporary society is more and more concerned about the issue of delinquency, justice in general, and juvenile justice in particular. Despite numerous efforts to reduce or control the phenomenon of crime, it has grown in recent decades.
