Rezumat | ||||||
The Covid-19 pandemic situation has affected everyone worldwide: starting with health problems, isolation, economic crises and continuing with online education. The educational process carried out until March 2020 focused on teaching learning assessment in a direct form, face to face with the use of educational technologies in a simpler, non-compulsory and easy way. The article examines the flexibility of teachers in general and higher education institutions in order to reconstruct the activity and the rapid reaction to the unexpected and forced transition from face-to-face teaching to distance teaching. The realization of the online teaching-learning-assessment process has become a current, necessary and safe one. Through this article, we tried to analyse the effectiveness of online learning in the development, education of the personality and the formation of its value orientations. It is highlighted the difficulty on the part of teachers to feel the oscillations of the emotional sphere of learners (emotions, moods, feelings), to interrelate enough in distance learning which is the basis for the education process, personality development, emerging value orientations. The article analyses the practices of online teaching and learning, outlining the need for a comprehensive position of online education pedagogy, which integrates technology to support teaching, learning and personality formation. The positions set out in this article provoke some reflections on distance personality education. |
