| Rezumat | ||||||
Teachers are educational agents, closest to pupils and parents. In the training process, the teacher is the central figure for students. The educational influence of the manager on the class of pupils is determined by the way in which he performs his/her managerial roles, namely: Planning, organization, communication with pupils, management, guidance, rationale, advice, control, evaluation. In the learning process, the teacher is the main mentor of the students. Depending on the teacher’s guidance, the student forms behaviors that help him or her to become part of the learning activity. |
