Rezumat

The reform of the education system and the rationalization of the quality of training services
in preschool institutions highlight the aspects of financing preschool education. The study is devoted
to the analysis of the development of preschool education and the development of a timely educational
strategy that would allow the development of a training system that would ensure optimal
coordination of efforts to rehabilitate preschool institutions and revise their work program with
financial security.
The increase and efficient use of financial means, achieved according to the pedagogical
objectives established at system and process level, is a fundamental variable in the organization of
children's education by preschool institutions. At system level, it responds to macro structural goals
and medium- and long-term educational goals. At the process level, education involves the design of
educational and didactic activities, defined in preschool programs. The decisive role in choosing the
study directions, objectives, purpose results from the insufficiency of the solutions to solve a series of
problems related to the education of children in preschool educational institutions.
