The content of this article is a presentation of the ways through which B. F. Skinner’s operant conditioning theory could be implemented in order to motivate the employees in the hotel industry. Taking into account the fact that any viable motivational system matches the application of a series of complex methods resulting from a multitude of theories, such a system that would have the theory of the consolidation of behaviour as the starting point could be developed for the hotel industry since the behaviour of the employees, in this particular industry, is essential for achieving qualitative services. |
