The author states in the first part the historical conditions of the apparition of this type of
state, legitimately placing it after the French bourgeoise Revolution. Thus, the doctorand
establishes thu roots of the proper state staring from the famous Declaration of the Human’s
Rights, as well as from the principles of liberales – bourgeois doctrine.
