The content of the article presents the managerial skills needed to make school management more effective both in the educational environment and beyond. Competence modeling is carried out throughout its life through continuous training, both within specialized institutions and self-refinement. It is noted the conceptual marks of professional training of school managers, the matrix of the psycho-socio-professional profile of the school manager. |
