Rezumat

In this study were examined patients with hiatal hernia from which: female - 34, male - 47. All these patients were hospitalized and to all was performed the laboratory and instrumental investigation. Various laparascopic techniques were performed thus laparascopic cruroraphy combined with anti-reflux-procedures, Nissen – 48 (59.25%), Toupet-22 (27.16%) and Door – 11 (13.58%). Laparascopic techniques in treatment of patients with hiatal hernia proved to be very effective regarding the long time results.

Проанализированы результаты лечения 81 больного (34 женщины и 47 мужчин), у которых была диагностирована хиатальная грыжа различных степеней. Больные были госпитализированы в планом порядке; предварительно они обследовались лабораторно и инструментально. Были использованы различные методы операции: крурорафия в сочетание с антирефлюксными фундопликацями – по Niseen-48 (59,25) случаев, Toupet-22 (27,16%) и по Door-11(13,58%) случаев. Во всех случаех были получены хорошие результаты.
