In this article, the authors reveal the main features of the exercise of the right by a participant (shareholder) of a corporation to receive information in order to prepare for the challenge process. In particular, the authors analyzed the current legislation in this area and identified a number of problems. Based on the identified problems, recommendations were developed and proposed to eliminate these problems. |
