The concept of creativity has its origin in the Latin word "creation" which means conception, creation, and birth. Creativity can be considered as the capacity of the intellect to organize any perceptions, notions, ideas, in an original, spontaneous and reflexive-logical way, the capacity to produce something new. Human civilization will acquire its fullness only if it brings together work and creation. Re-knotting the long-broken poles would be the great performance of the future. The community gives birth to creativity, for practical reasons, but also spiritual, and in turn, creativity flourishes and develops best in the community. The desire to clarify the process of creativity was a permanent concern in psychology. We can say that all the great currents in psychology have approached the process of creativity, proposing, each of them, various explanatory ways. In the present paper we will analyze the factors that contribute to the development of personality and creativity.
