Rezumat | ||||||
In the article are analyzed the societal challenges determined by the transformations at work, educational, relational, as well as the informational speed, complexity and risks. Information technologies, interdisciplinary approach create premises for the professionalization of teachers. The specific professionalization activities will promote: theoretical and practical knowledge; specialized training; the development of the altruistic character, the development of a social status; observance of the deontological code; social inclusion and group solidarity. In this context, the development of the professional culture of teachers will create premises for the authentic education of young generation. |
