In this paper, we propose a recipe and technology for obtaining a dermatocosmetic product with a bleaching effect. The components with a bleaching effect in the developed formula are citric acid and lemon essential oil. The results obtained from checking the quality indicators for 2 of the product's ingredients, grape oil and wheat germ, were also presented. According to the parameters considered (acidity index, iodine index, peroxide index), both raw materials correspond to quality indicators. The approximate price of the developed product was calculated. Based on the retail prices of ingredients, without taking into account the cost of energy resources (electricity), materials (water), it was found that the developed product can compete with products with a similar effect present in the domestic market. |
