Rezumat

The quality of modern education directly depends on the formed competencies of future specialists in the education sphere. The qualification standard for the obtained specialization, indicated at the country level and approved by the Ministry of Education, Culture and Research of the Republic of Moldova, orientates universities to a different content of the formed competencies and the obtainment of final results of an academic discipline. The created curriculum of the discipline requires each university professor to review the formed competencies and results. The process of the competencies formation itself is carried out through organized educational tasks that actualize the threshold level of competencies; as well as through integrated and evaluative situations, allowing the formation of increased and high levels of professional competencies.
