The relevance and importance of this study is that in the conditions of market transformations that are taking place in the economy of the Republic of Moldova, one of the main elements of the mechanism of legal regulation of these relations is the quick response of the judiciary to violation of the rights and legitimate interests of civil law entities. A change in the country's political course towards the democratization of the activities of public administration bodies has led to corresponding changes in the country's judicial system. The Civil Procedural Code of the Republic of Moldova, simultaneously with the lawsuit, administrative proceedings, and special proceedings, established proceedings for the additional consideration of applications for monetary amounts or for the return of property from the debtor - order proceedings ending with a judicial order being issued by a judge alone.
