Rezumat

Two soybean cultivars (Glycine max L) Albisoara and Nadejda were cultivated for 4 weeks in laboratory pot experiment on calcareous chernozem with 3 kinds of nitrogen fertilizers amendment (N20P60 kg/ha dry soil). It was shown the advantage of urea fertilizer (amide N) effect on the seed germination and the dry aboveground-biomass accumulation against of ammonium nitrate and calcium nitrate fertilizers. The role of root urease activity in the soybean nitrogen nutrition is discussed.
