Rezumat

Medical absenteeism is a current problem, with important consequences for employers, resulting in decreased productivity and costs from re-employment. Our study includes a sample of 2500 employees in the automotive supply companies. Lumbar discopathy is the main cause of absenteeism in our group, representing 22.81% of the total number of days of sick leave.

Медицинский абсентеизм является очень актуальной проблемой, с серьезными последствиями для работающих способствуя снижению производительности труда и материальным потерям, связанным с профессиональной реинтеграцией. Наше исследование проведено на 2500 работающих в различных фирмах, поставляющих автозапчасти. Главная причина медицинского абсентеизма – это заболеваемость поясничной дископатией, которая среди исследуемых нами рабочих составила 22,81% из общего количества дней нетрудоспособности.
