<dc:description xml:lang='en'>In the given article the analysis of results of surgical treatment of congenital hydrohephrosis at 32 patients at the age of 0-3 years which have entered in the National Scientific and Practical Center of Pediatric Surgery „Natalia Gheorghiu” in the 2007-2009 period of time is presented. On the basis of the retrospective analysis, data of the world literature and own experience the inefficiency of ureterolysis and antevasal pielo-pieloanastomozis both necessity of a resection and plastics of a pyeloureteric segment with imposing of ureteropielonefro - and pielonefrostoma is proved at congenital hydrohephrosis at children.

<dc:description xml:lang='ru'>В данной работе представлен анализ результатов хирургического лечения врожденного гидронефроза у 32 пациентов в возрасте 0-3 лет, поступивших в Национальный Научно-практический Центр Детской Хирургии „Natalia Gheorghiu” на период 2007-2009. На основании ретроспективного анализа, данных мировой литературы и собственного опыта доказана неэффективность уретеролиза и антевазального пиело-пиелоанастомоза и необходимость резекции и пластики
пиелоуретерального сегмента с наложением уретеропиелонефро- и
пиелонефростом при врожденном гидронефрозе у детей.
