A future is also represented by art at one point and it includes the culture and civilization of the area, in our case, of the Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion. These concepts have the task of explaining the regression or progress at some point. Culture in the broadest sense defines the totality of the acquisitions of spiritual life obtained by mankind at a certain point in its history. But we find that what is common and related to the aesthetics of culture is the ensemble of traditions, information, experiences that embody it the writer, artist, painter, a given society. Culture, art, in all its elements is most often and perhaps, most supported by works of art, monuments, architectural sites that tradition valorizes and solidarizes with. Today there is a move away from original patterns. Is there a regression, with risks that society in the Siret-Prut-Nistru Euroregion does not realize?
